What is your policy on warranties and defects?
We stand by our grit; every piece is covered against manufacturer defects for 30 days. If an item arrives compromised, submit a claim through our Help Center for an immediate replacement or resolution.

Our process begins with a consultation to capture your squad's identity, followed by a professional mockup for your approval. Once confirmed, we move directly into high-octane production to bring your vision to life.
Do you extend volume discounts or team sponsorship?

At Beast Up, we proudly sell our own brand of uniforms, team apparel, and gear. Every item we provide is designed and sewn from scratch. This is just one step we take to ensure our customer’s vision can come to life.
Can I have a design made from scratch?
Absolutely! We are proud to provide customized designs. If you don’t see a design that you like in our selection, let us know. We would be happy to create something unique to your desired style.
What are the typical production timelines?
Most orders take about 4 to 5 weeks including the time it takes to ship to your location. If your order is for a team of 50 or more players, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Can I make changes or cancellations to my order?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of order placement; after this window, high-performance production begins and edits are restricted. Please contact our squad support immediately for any urgent updates.

How do payments and deposits work?
We require a PO for Schools and Universities and for all others we require a 50% deposit to initiate the custom design and production process, with the balance due upon completion. Payments can be made for free online via ACH. All other payment methods may include a convivence fee of 2.9%.

WASHING
- Turn uniforms inside out to protect prints and logos
- Use cold water only with mild detergent
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners at all costs
- Wash immediately after the game to prevent stains
DRYING
- Hang dry or use a flat drying rack
- Avoid high heat dryers which shrink fabric
- Keep gear out of direct sunlight while drying
- Never iron over logos or custom prints
STORAGE
- Never leave wet gear in a gym bag
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat
- Use padded hangers for heavy jerseys
- Keep uniforms separated to avoid snagging
LONG-TERM CARE
